I’ve been working in digital for nearly 15 years. My current role is as a content designer, but I’ve worked in many different types of roles.

I’ve built digital teams from scratch, led award-winning digital projects and designed services in a complex government department.

I’m confident in creating accessible and inclusive content to meet users’ needs and business objectives. I’m happy to work more strategically as a service designer or product manager, and I love mentoring and managing others.

My broad experience in digital has also given me skills in prototyping, front-end development, service design, information architecture, analytics and team leadership.

In 4 years at MOJ, I have played a key role in the transformation of digital services in prisons.

Moved into a more strategic role, leading the design strategy and content design for the DPS homepage, navigation and prisoner profile.
